Please contact the Attribution department. In order to make an appointment for your medical procedure

Please attach a copy of the following documents to the benefits center.

– Copy of ID card, insurance number, insurance card, Application

– Copy (front and back), your current certificate or health insurance card

– Other documents required for your insurance company

Please be informed that Bangkok Hospital Pak Chong Reserves the right to refuse policies from insurance companies as appropriate

Outpatient service

Your insurance provider may have entered into a contract specifically with the hospital for non-cash payments according to your insurance plan.

If no agreement has been made Patients will pay the medical bills themselves and withdraw from the insurance company later. Which the hospital will deliver documents For withdrawing directly from your insurance company
